In Northeast Nigeria, the Adamawa State Independent Electoral Commission, ADSIEC has trained Residents Electoral Officers and Assistants ahead of the 13th July local government election.
The Chairman of ADSIEC, Mohammed Umar disclosed this when he declared open the two-day training at the Nyako centre in Yola, the Adamawa State capital.
The Chairman said the commission is confident in conducting a free, fair and credible election where a fair level ground will be given to all the political parties
