The National Civil Society Council of Nigeria has commended the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, for the commencement of operations at the long moribund Port Harcourt Refinery.
The Executive Director of the group made this known during a news conference in the nation’s capital Abuja, where he called on the management of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, to work towards completing the repairs of the Warri and Kaduna refineries.
