(VIDEO) Amid Protests, Group Calls For Peace And Dialogue

A group under the aegis of the Centre for Civil Relations Open Dialogue and Development (C-CODED) has called on the organisers of the Nationwide Protest to embrace peace and dialogue rather than going into a protest that may lead to disunity in Nigeria.
Executive Director of the group, Ambassador Austin Peacemaker Inaede who made the call in Abuja noted that the
nationwide protest threatens to plunge the nation into chaos and destruction.
According to him, Nigerians collectively acknowledged that resorting to violent protest, particularly one of this magnitude is not the solution as has been seen in other countries that lie in ruins struggling to be on their feet again and compete with their counterpart across the globe.
