(VIDEO) 3 Injured as Abuja Building Collapses

Three persons were injured in a building that collapsed in Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory on Monday.

Swifteradio.com learnt that no life was lost.

The Director of the FCT Fire Service, Amiola Adebayo, said no life was lost. He added that three injured persons had been taken to the hospital for treatment

The FCT police spokesperson Josephine Adeh also confirmed the incident.

Eyewitnesses said that the four-bedroom house sited opposite Stanbic IBTC Bank in Area 11, collapsed on Monday evening.

The old building was undergoing renovation before the incident.

Many people working on the building were trapped when it came down around 8:40 pm.
