The residents of Lagos, one of Africa’s biggest cities, are faced with severe annual flooding of the city.
Swifteradio.com gathrted that residents of the state were enveloped by flood following heavy downpour that started Friday night in some parts of the state.
Experts say the stste is threatened by sea level rise. They say Lagos is sinking at a rate of up to ~87 mm per year.
