Some election stakeholders in Nigeria have expressed concerns over what they have described as a lack of accountability, and weak internal democracy within political parties in the country
They say that the situation is responsible for the low representation of vulnerable groups in the nation’s decision-making process.
These raised these concerns in Abuja the nation’s capital, during the launch of a Political Party Performance Index, a tool designed to enhance Nigeria’s democracy and improve the operations of political parties.
