Some workers in the Abia state government house have appealed to the governor, Alex Otti to come to their aid over non reception of salaries since June 2024.
The workers alleged that they were denied of their salaries due to irregularity and unpunctuality to work, saying it was false.
They also say that they had brought the situation to the notice of their various unit heads in the Southeast Nigerian state but were yet to get their issue resolved as they continue to go without salaries for months now.
