Philip Agbese.<\/p>\n<p>In his Independence Day address, Tinubu announced that Akpabio and Kekere-Ekun would receive the GCON, while Abbas and Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin would receive the CFR.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Deputy Speaker of the House Hon. Ben Kalu was slated to be awarded the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).
