Chief Emmanuel Chukwuemeka who died on Thursday, 25 July, 2024, after a brief illness,\u201d Jide said in the statement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He said details about the burial arrangements of the late publisher of\u00a0 Champions Newspapers will be made public soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swifte Radio News gathered that the spokesperson of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chiedozie Ognonnia told a local newspaper when contacted that the group had not been officially informed about the death of their leader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe are still waiting for an official announcement. I am not the right person to confirm it,\u201d Ogbonnia said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iwuanyanwu becomes the second president-general of Ohanaeze Ndigbo to die in office.
