Quebec Premier Fran\u00e7ois Legault was among the strongest critics, calling for Rousseau\u2019s resignation following the English-only message.<\/p>\n
Prime Minister Mark Carney also weighed in, saying the response showed \u201ca lack of compassion\u201d at a time when families and the public were mourning the loss of two young pilots.<\/p>\n
