During his shows, Bad Bunny altered the lyrics of his song MONACO<\/em>, replacing the line referencing \u201cMessi and Maradona\u201d with \u201cscoring a goal after Pel\u00e9 and Maradona,\u201d drawing loud reactions from Brazilian fans and celebrating Pel\u00e9\u2019s enduring influence on world football.<\/p>\n The historic jacket belongs to C\u00e1ssio Brand\u00e3o, owner of the Alambrado Futebol e Cultura store, a specialist shop dedicated to football history and memorabilia. Brand\u00e3o owns more than 7,000 football-related items, including 115 that once belonged to Pel\u00e9, and played a role in selecting the jacket for Bad Bunny\u2019s performances.<\/p>\n \u201cHe took very good care of the piece. It came back only with sweat, wet with sweat, but it was perfect, in the same condition. They were very careful. It returned in the same suitcase,\u201d Brand\u00e3o said.<\/p>\n Pel\u00e9\u2019s official Instagram account later thanked the singer for the homage, stating that when an artist of Bad Bunny\u2019s stature honors \u201cthe King on Brazilian soil, it shows the crown is still shining.\u201d<\/p>\n Brand\u00e3o said the moment was deeply meaningful for preserving Pel\u00e9\u2019s legacy among younger generations.
