Canada remains undefeated in the FIBA AmeriCup qualifiers, defeating Mexico 83-73 in a hard-fought game on Sunday. Trae Bell-Haynes led the charge with a standout performance, scoring 20 points, along with seven assists, five rebounds, and two steals, helping Canada to a 4-0 record in the tournament.

Mfiondu Kabengele contributed significantly with a double-double, tallying 15 points and 12 rebounds, while Thomas Kennedy added 17 points and five rebounds. Marcus Carr provided crucial playmaking, finishing with 10 assists.

Mexico (2-2) was paced by Karim Rodriguez, who scored 21 points, with 15 of those coming from three-pointers. Gael Bonilla had a near triple-double, posting 10 points, 11 assists, and eight rebounds.
