Toronto police are investigating the tragic death of an infant who was initially reported missing earlier today near Marlee and Roselawn avenues.
Emergency responders were called to the area around 11:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a missing infant. Upon arrival, paramedics located the child and rushed them to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Unfortunately, approximately 90 minutes later, police confirmed via a post on X (formerly Twitter) that the infant had passed away.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear as authorities continue their investigation.
