Air Canada now offers free, streaming-quality Wi-Fi to Aeroplan members on flights throughout North America, Mexico, and the Caribbean, with Bell as the sponsor. Available across Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, and CRJ900-operated Air Canada Express flights, the gate-to-gate connectivity allows passengers to stream, browse, and game on personal devices. With 88% of the fleet already equipped, full connectivity—including Q400s from Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport—is expected by early 2026, making Air Canada the first to add Wi-Fi to these aircraft. International Aeroplan members will gain access to free Wi-Fi starting in 2026. Non-members can either pay a flat fee or join Aeroplan online for free. This move aligns with Air Canada’s broader service enhancements including improved food and beverage offerings, upgraded in-flight entertainment, lounge modernization, and a refreshed mobile app.
