The merger, an all-stock transaction, will result in a combined company named Republic Airways Holdings Inc., which will continue to be listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “RJET.”

Republic Airways, a major regional airline founded in 1974, operates over 240 Embraer 170/175 aircraft. The merger aims to enhance economies of scale, provide a stronger capital position, and create a unified, efficient platform for the future.
The combined company will operate a fleet of approximately 310 Embraer 170/175 aircraft and will continue to serve key airlines such as American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines.
