FlightHub has introduced Mila, its AI-powered travel agent designed to streamline travel inquiries and elevate customer service efficiency. This innovation marks a major shift in the travel booking experience.
Unlike standard chatbots, Mila functions as a true travel agent, assisting FlightHub customers with bookings, cancellations, and itinerary modifications in real time. Equipped with multilingual capabilities, she caters to a diverse range of traveler needs while ensuring complex issues are seamlessly escalated to human agents for swift resolution.
Developed by Momentum Solutions, a subsidiary of Momentum Ventures, Mila was built by a team of engineers, data scientists, and customer experience specialists committed to maintaining high standards of data privacy and security.

To give Mila a tangible presence, FlightHub partnered with Montréal-based S16 Gallery to create a physical representation of Mila, now showcased in its office.
