Delta Air Lines is expanding its inflight entertainment options for SkyMiles members through a new partnership with DraftKings, a leading sports and entertainment gaming company. The airline announced Tuesday that it is finalizing a deal allowing eligible SkyMiles members to access free gaming via Delta Sync Wi-Fi on their personal devices. To comply with local gambling laws, Delta clarified that the DraftKings feature will not involve real money or miles.
Delta expects to complete the deal this year as part of its Delta Sync program, which launched in 2023. The free high-speed connectivity is now available on over 330 aircraft, offering passengers a seamless, personalized travel experience.
The airline continues to expand partnerships and digital perks, including a new collaboration with YouTube for high-speed, ad-free streaming. Additionally, Delta is shifting its rideshare partnership from Lyft to Uber, allowing members to earn SkyMiles on Uber rides and UberEats orders.
Delta has also introduced new Sky Club access rules to ease congestion while promising more upcoming perks for its loyalty program members.
