Cunard is set to elevate its cruise experience in 2025 with performances by internationally acclaimed jazz legends Jools Holland and Jamie Cullum aboard the Queen Victoria. These celebrated artists will headline exclusive events during select sailings, offering guests unforgettable musical experiences at sea.
Jamie Cullum will take to the stage during a 13-night Atlantic Islands voyage departing Southampton on April 21. This round-trip journey aboard the 2,000-guest Queen Victoria will feature stops in Madeira, Tenerife, La Palma, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and Cadiz. Reflecting on his upcoming performance, Cullum shared, “It’s been many years since I performed on a cruise ship—it’s a time that holds many great memories. My band and I promise everyone a fantastic night.”
Following Cullum’s performance, Jools Holland will join an 8-night Mediterranean voyage departing May 4. Guests will enjoy Holland’s signature jazz stylings in the luxurious Royal Court Theatre during the journey from Southampton to Civitavecchia, with stops in Cadiz, Malaga, and Majorca. “Playing on a luxury cruise ship is a new experience for me and one that I’m sure will be a lot of fun. I want my shows to be uplifting events, and I hope guests leave the theatre with a renewed love of jazz music,” Holland remarked.
Cunard has a tradition of partnering with world-class musicians to enhance the guest experience. Recent collaborations include Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, who headlined the Queen Anne’s naming ceremony in June 2024.
“At Cunard, we take pride in curating unique and unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we can’t wait to welcome the extraordinary Jools Holland and Jamie Cullum aboard Queen Victoria in 2025,” said Katie McAlister, president of Cunard. “Their incredible talent, showcased in the elegant surroundings of the Royal Court Theatre, will make these sailings truly unforgettable.
