Beau Greaves continued her dominance in the Women’s Series, securing her third title in six events in 2025 by winning Event Six in Leicester. Meanwhile, Finland’s Kirsi Viinikainen achieved a long-awaited milestone by capturing her first-ever Women’s Series title after three semi-final appearances and 12 quarter-final finishes since her debut in February 2023.
Viinikainen navigated past Kacie O’Connor, Hilary Kirkbride, Aletta Wajer, and Robyn Byrne to reach the semi-finals, where she defeated Eleanor Cairns before facing Fallon Sherrock in the final. She held off a Sherrock comeback, sealing victory with a 13-dart break to deny her opponent a 20th Women’s Series title.
Greaves faced an early setback in Event Five, suffering a deciding-leg loss to Katie Sheldon in the opening round. However, the 21-year-old rebounded in Event Six, storming through the competition to claim her 31st Women’s Series title. After defeating Marian Conway, Kyana Frauenfelder, and Rebecca Barrow, she dispatched Fallon Sherrock 4-1 in the last 16. She continued her dominant run with wins over Gemma Hayter and Lorraine Winstanley before overpowering Lisa Ashton 5-1 in the final.
