The actor’s velvet mint-green suit, complete with a matching bucket hat, bore a striking resemblance to an outfit worn by Hathaway’s iconic character Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries. While Mia’s look featured a more subdued periwinkle blue, the similarities were undeniable.
Hathaway took to Instagram to share a split image of the two outfits, captioning it with playful humor:
