BermudAir proudly welcomed its third aircraft, named “Niel Jones,” to the fleet on May 16, 2025, arriving at L.F. Wade International Airport in Bermuda. This addition marks a major milestone in BermudAir’s ongoing effort to provide dependable, high-quality air travel to its customers.
The aircraft honors the late Niel Jones, a respected Bermudian and key figure in BermudAir’s founding. Its arrival enhances the airline’s operational efficiency, allowing for improved flight schedule reliability and an elevated travel experience.
BermudAir is also set to receive its fourth aircraft next month, doubling its fleet size. Founder and CEO Adam Scott highlighted that this expansion strengthens the airline’s operational resilience by having a dedicated spare aircraft available. This growth supports increased flight frequencies and greater scheduling flexibility.
With a larger fleet, BermudAir is better prepared to handle unexpected disruptions, prioritizing safety and consistent service. The airline’s fleet expansion coincides with plans to grow key routes in 2025, including new direct flights to Providence, Richmond, and Montreal.
